20-63mm PVC pipe machine/pvc conduit pipe making machine

The PVC double pipe production line is SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, equipped with a double pipe mould and double pipe single-control stainless steel spraying sizing table, which avoids the waste phenomenon of adjusting one pipe and affecting the other pipe during production. The automatic single-control double tractor and cutting machine are integrated with the previous double shaping technology, which makes the operation more flexible and allows you to appreciate the benefits brought by the two-pronged control separately. The double-pipe extrusion pipe diameter is from Φ20—Φ63, which can make full use of the extrusion. The extrusion capacity of the plastic machine can achieve extremely high output even when producing small-diameter pipes.

If change different moulds also can make four-pipe even more pipes at same time by the machine, generally this kind of pipe is used as threading pipe and drain pipe.
