The plastic profile production line is composed of single/conical twin-screw extruder, die head, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, and turning frame.
1. Extruder: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion volume with the feeding volume, and the product is extruded stably. Due to the use of conical twin screws, the feeding section has a larger diameter, so the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The diameter of the screw in the metering section is small, and the production of plastic profiles is reduced. By improving the heat transfer area and the shear rate of the melt, the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the plastic extrusion profile production line will plasticize the PVC mixture and push it to the machine head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and to achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.
2. Die head: The material that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, and the subsequent materials are pushed to the die head by the screw. The extrusion die head is a key part of profile molding. It can be produced by replacing the die heads of different shapes to produce different shapes and functions profiles. For example: plastic doors and windows, plastic ceiling board, window sills, wire ducts, skirting lines and corner strips, etc.
4.Vacuum setting table: adopting the cooling and sizing system, specially designed stainless steel long vacuum setting table, coupled with circulating water cooling, can make the production stable size and roundness.
5.Traction machine: adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which is used to continuously and automatically draw the cooled and hardened profile from the nose, saving energy and stabilizing.
6.Cutting machine: After the stroke switch is controlled according to the required length, it will automatically cut, and turn the frame to implement flow production. The cutting machine uses the fixed-length switch signal as a command to complete the entire cutting process. The pipe operation is kept synchronized, and the cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drive. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust suction device to suck out the cutting debris in time and recover it.
6. The turning frame: the turning action is realized by the pneumatic control of the cylinder. which is equipped with a limit device. When the cutting saw cuts the profile, the profile continues to be conveyed and reaches the designated position. The cylinder enters the work to realize the turning. Action to achieve the purpose of unloading. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a few seconds and wait for the next cycle.
