• Offer information of peripherals.

In-sale service:

• Detailed design of lay-out of the machine

• Technological information of the machine

• Schedule about design,manufacturing and installation 

• Working & Producing progression

•Training course for the technician so that the installation is safe and standard

After-sale service:

•We provide free training customers' worker.

•We will answer customer's question on technology in time. If needed, we will offer on-site guidance and assistance.

•We can provide free technical guidance if customers need new equipment, add or rebuild equipment. 

• We will prioritize the product upgrade of former customers.

FAQ

1. WHY CHOOSE CHANGJIE

CHANGJIE have more than 20 years experience in the extrusion machines design, develop, improve, manufacture and test, CHANGJIE can provide customers with a complete service system and good quality machines.

2. WHAT SERVICES DO CHANGJIE OFFER

Pre-sale communication →Sign contract → Produce machines → Test machines before delivery→ Package and delivery→Engineer installation→Trainning workers→Technical support for machines’ longlife

3. PAYMENT TERMS

30% of total amount should be paid by T/T as downpayment, the balance(70% of the total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment( at sight)

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Trade terms: FOB,CFR,CIF,EXW,CPT,DAP,DDP and so on.

Delivery time: Within 15-90 working days(according to different of machines finish time) after receipt of advanced payment.

5. WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty period: one year.

CHANGJIE will supply spare parts which easy broken with machines for free to customers to ensure the whole machines work freely in one year.

CHANGJIE will provide customers’ machine longlife service, after one year, we will supply customers spare parts in cost price.

6. TEST MACHINE

When the machine finished, CHANGJIE should inform customer to our company test machine before delivery, CHANGJIE guarantee good performance of all the sold machines. CHANGJIE undertake the material cost for the machine test in our company, after test, customer will sign confirmation agreement and we will prepare for delivery.

7. INSTALLATION AND MACHINE COMMISSIONING

After machine reach to customer’s company, CHANGJIE will dispatch Engineer responsible for installation, debugging, trainning the personnel. During this period of time，Customer should bear their expense of salary 80USD/day, accommodation, communication, traffic and the out and home plane tickets.
